Flooring Adhesives
MSC Urethane
A one-component adhesive that prevents hollow spots and delivers strong bonding performance. It also provides moisture control up to 100% RH and 25 lbs MVER using the Moisture Control method.
MSC Modified Silane
Eco-friendly and easy to trowel. Designed for all glue-down engineered wood installations, it bridges cracks up to 1/8” and functions as a moisture barrier.
MSC Glue Assist
Fast-curing adhesive designed for wide plank flooring. Provides strong, flexible bonding with easy cleanup. Ideal for repairs, stair nosings, baseboards, and wood tack strips.
MSC T&G Glue
Non-crystallizing adhesive with strong bonding performance for engineered wood and laminate. Radiant heat approved and compliant with D3 (EN204) standards.
Adhesives for Vinyl
MSC Resilient Premium Universal Adhesive
A moisture-resistant, pressure-sensitive adhesive designed for LVT, vinyl plank, and resilient sheet flooring. Certified CRI Green Label Plus and compliant with SCAQMD 1168 standards
Underlay
MSC Premium Underlay
Multipurpose acoustical underlay for floating laminate, engineered wood, and double glue-down installations. No additional moisture barrier required when used with MSC Urethane and the correct trowel.
MSC Standard Underlay
High-performance underlay for floating engineered hardwood, laminate, and SPC/WPC flooring. Its textured foam structure improves acoustics, protects locking systems, and allows vapor moisture to circulate.
MSC Basic Underlay
Economical 2mm underlay that improves acoustics, protects the locking system, and promotes vapor moisture circulation.
MSC AMB
Commercial-grade, high-density acoustical underlay that provides up to 100% RH moisture control and a premium bonding surface. Includes a 10-year warranty against moisture damage when installed according to instructions.
Easy Clean
Easy Clean Mop Kit
A spray mop system designed for simple, streak-free cleaning. Just add Easy Clean Powder and shake. The kit includes:
- Mop handle
- Mop head
- Two washable pads
- Two Easy Clean powder packs
One pack cleans approximately 1,000 sq ft.

A concentrated cleaning solution designed specifically for Kentwood flooring. Simply add to the mop reservoir to create a streak-free clean that helps preserve the floor’s finish and appearance.
