Metropolitan Floors Inc. – Fall Promotion Terms & Conditions
Promotion Period & Eligible Products From October 15 – December 15, 2025, Metropolitan Floors Inc. (“Metropolitan” or the “Company”) is offering a manufacturer’s rebate (the “Promotion”) on selected styles of Kentwood and Evoke flooring. Eligible products include:
· Kentwood Hickory Hometown: $0.75/sq ft off
· Evoke Rigid Core Astoria: $0.25/sq ft off
· Evoke Rigid Core Summit: $0.25/sq ft off
Rebate amounts, regional availability, and promotion dates are as posted on the Promotions page of the Metropolitan Floors website.
Eligibility
· The Promotion is available only to retail customers who have purchased, paid in full, and received the eligible product prior to the Promotion end date.
· Purchases must be made through a current, authorized Kentwood or Evoke dealer in Canada recognized by Metropolitan Floors Inc. (“Dealer”). Dealer verification may be required.
· The Promotion does not apply to commercial, builder, or contract sales.
· A minimum purchase of 300 sq. ft. of eligible product is required to qualify.
· Rebates apply only to flooring purchases; accessories, adhesives, trims, and other sundries are excluded.
· Applicable sales taxes, duties, shipping, and handling fees are not included in the rebate.
Availability
· Rebates are valid while quantities last. Metropolitan reserves the right to limit quantities per customer or per Dealer.
Rebate Claim Instructions
· The rebate must be claimed by the person named on the sales invoice and will be sent to the physical address listed on the invoice.
· Claims must be submitted within 30 days of purchase via email or the online form to qualify.
· Any returned product will reduce the rebate amount accordingly. Once the rebate is issued, no further returns of the eligible product are permitted.
· Allow up to 8 weeks for processing.
How to Submit a Rebate Claim – Online:
1. Complete the online rebate form.
2. Upload a digital copy of your sales invoice.
3. Submit the form for review.
Additional Terms & Limitations
· Metropolitan Floors Inc. reserves the right to verify eligibility, refuse any claim, and/or disqualify any customer that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
· The Company may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice, including changes to rebate amounts, eligible products, or Promotion dates.
· Duplicate submissions or claims submitted on behalf of another individual are prohibited. Any attempt to claim more than one rebate per eligible purchase, or to submit claims not in the name of the actual purchaser, will result in disqualification.
· By participating, customers agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
· This Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
· Metropolitan Floors Inc. and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected submissions, or any technical malfunctions or errors.
· Customers agree that all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
